Chile Relleno Casserole, it’s essentially assembled like a lasagna but with roasted chiles poblanos, picadillo filling, shredded cheese and repeated and all sandwiched in between the classic egg batter we all know and love from chiles rellenos. This casserole is a labor of love but feeds a crowd & is soooo rewarding to serve it up. Make sure to let it rest at least 15 minutes when out of the oven before slicing it up.#Freddsters #LetsMakeIt #ChileRelleno #Casserole #ChileRellenoCasserole #Mexica
